To access MYBOS you need to register and login. You can only register via the website and not via the MYBOS App.
Open your browser on your phone (eg Chrome or Safari), and go to https://login.mybos.com. Or click the link at the top or bottom of this page to login directly.
To create your login enter the following username and password. Both must be entered in lower case.
username: rosny
password: 47nelsonplace
When the welcome page appears click Start Registration
Enter your Personal Details:
Choose your Apartment Number
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number and Email
Choose your Resident Type (eg Tenant or Owner)
Mark yourself as the Primary Resident
Add Another if there is another resident that you would like to also use MYBOS.
Click Next to finish
On the next screen review the details entered and click Submit
Your details will be checked by Tideways or the Committee on the Owner Roll or Tenant's details and you will receive an email with your username and password.
When you receive your email to login...
Login at https://login.mybos.com and use the email and password emailed to you.
Immediately after logging in, please click Edit My Details, (or Profile then Edit on the mobile app) then Change Password to set a password known only to you. Please ensure the password is unique to this app. You can also change your username, and add any other details you would like to add. These details will be visible to the Committee and Tideways.
