Residents are to register on MYBOS and make an Amenities Booking to book the lift:

• Move in / Move Out can only be done Monday to Thursday (weekend moves are NOT permitted). 

• Residents are advised that lift covers must be installed ahead of any move, and any damage to the lift interior done as a direct result of a lack of lift covers will be charged to the resident responsible.

• Furniture and belongings must only be moved via the basement garage at the rear of the property (via Waterline Place). 

All booking must be made in advance with no less than one weeks’ notice.

Moves via the front entrance are strictly prohibited.

If you are not already on MYBOS, please register at https://login.mybos.com and use the following details:

• Login: rosny

• Password: 47nelsonplace

• Click Start Registration

• Choose your Apartment Number

• Enter your details

• Click Next

• Review your details

• Click Submit

After creating your registration you will be sent a username and password. Please log in and use the Profile menu to change your password.
